We know you are so excited about the upcoming semester, and want to have the best schedule yet! Schedules have already been emailed to all 10th, 11th and 12th grade student & parent email addresses.
Please check your schedule, and as things come up and you need to make changes, please note that the counseling staff will only accept change requests through their google form., not through email inquiries.

When is a schedule change NOT possible?
Class sizes are carefully balanced to maintain a productive learning environment, and thus we can NOT honor requests for specific teachers or periods. Requests of this nature will be dismissed.
Similarly, we made every effort to accommodate requests for open first or fourth periods. However, given when courses are offered and the need to maintain reasonable class sizes we could not always provide the desired open period. We will do our best to honor your request, however in many cases, this means dropping the existing class scheduled during those periods, if the class is needed for graduation the change will not be possible.
When is a schedule change possible?
A required course is missing from your student’s schedule.
A course for which the prerequisites have not been met is on the schedule (example: if a student did not pass Spanish 2 this year and was planning to take Spanish 3 next year)
A course is on the schedule that does not match the requests nor the alternate requests that the student made during their scheduling meeting with their counselor.
A student has an open 2nd or 3rd period, creating a hole in their day.
How do I request a schedule change?
Request a schedule change via this Google Form. Counselors will only accept requests that are made through this form. They will be addressing the requests in the order that they are received. If you email them with a request, they will refer you to the form in order to be fair to those who are following this process. Students may also access this form via their grade level google classroom.

Counselors will make every effort to address requested changes that were submitted prior to May 30th before students return in the Fall.
The Schedule change request form will close on Friday June 2nd, and will open again on August 1st.
How will I know that the request has been addressed?
All students will receive their final schedules in the Fall when we return. If the requested change is complicated or not possible, the student may be contacted by their counselor. Counselors will make every effort to accommodate student requests when they meet the guidelines outlined above, but please recognize that it isn’t always possible.

¿Cuándo NO es posible un cambio de horario?

Solicita un cambio de horario a través de este Formulario de Google. Los consejeros sólo aceptarán solicitudes que se realicen a través de este formulario. Se irán atendiendo las solicitudes en el orden en que se reciban. Si les envía un correo electrónico con una solicitud, lo remitirán al formulario para ser justos con quienes están siguiendo este proceso. Los estudiantes también pueden acceder a este formulario a través de Google Classroom de su nivel de grado.
¿Qué esperar cuando solicitas un cambio de horario?
Los consejeros harán todo lo posible para abordar los cambios solicitados que se presentaron antes del 30 de mayo antes de que los estudiantes regresen en otoño.
