WANT TO START A CLUB?

You will need a certificated advisor. That's a teacher on our campus.

You will need at least 5 students interested in the club.

Click on "club forms" and complete a new club application and a club constitution.

Please print and submit to Ms. RK in room 61.

ASB business meetings are on Tuesdays. Please plan accordingly for your paperwork to be processed.

Email Ms. RK katierowekairys@sccs.net to be added to the Club Congress Google Classroom

To be considered an "active club" each year clubs must submit:

Club constitution
There is also a template to take minutes from your club meetings.
Clubs may only exist as an official SCHS affiliated club or organization if they meet at least once a month, and have a certificated advisor.
To spend money from your club account, you must adhere to the Associated Student Body
Accounting Manual, Fraud Prevention Guide and Desk Reference from FCMAT and use the correct forms accessible online in the button above, outside room 61, and in the main office.

Any time you submit any of these financial forms, please submit minutes from your club meeting.
Club Congress
Please send a club representative to each club congress meeting to stay up to date with information from your Activities Director.

You should also have a club representative be on the "Club Congress" google classroom. Email Ms. RK at katierowekairys@sccs.net to be added as needed. ​​​
